A navy needlecord waistcoat with navy cotton lining.  It has 3 buttons and a 'fob' like pocket on either side tucked into the front.  It is unisex and goes well with either skirts or especially well with the navy cord trousers giving a smart set.  Trousers and shirt are not included.
